Abdoul Rafiou Lassissi

Abdoul Rafiou Lassissi has more than 10 years of experience in training, mentoring, and communication. Currently, Abdoul Rafiou is a national consultant at the World Bank, where he coordinates the activities of 46 African countries at the Technical Secretariat of the African Public Procurement Network. He is also the managing director of the Polyglot Center, where he builds youth capacities in language, public speaking, leadership, and personal growth. Abdoul Rafiou holds a master’s degree in English Linguistics, and believes that education is the key to freedom and true change. Abdoul Rafiou credits the Mandela Washington Fellowship, which he received in 2016, with strengthening his self-esteem and inspiring a strong belief that all is possible for he who stays ready for it.
