Abraham Mutale has over ten years of experience with Zambian businesses through his work with the Ministry of Commerce, Trade, and Industry, where he focuses on promoting cooperative and small and medium enterprises. Currently, Mutale is the managing director of MSM Agro Solutions Ltd., a business he co-founded that leverages the high-quality cassava and processes them into finished products like flour, starch, and sweeteners. Mutale hopes to empower women and youth through his work at MSM Agro Solutions. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Mutale plans to establish a business incubation center that will provide mentorship programs for young business entrepreneurs. He hopes this initiative will allow start-up companies to enhance their collaboration with well-established organizations offering business development services.
