Andrew Lentz

Reciprocal Exchange Participant in Namibia

Andrew has over seven years of experience with international development from his time as a program manager for the US Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Foreign Agricultural Service. While at USDA, Andrew supported young leaders in the Mandela Washington Fellowship by working with USDA offices throughout the country to place Fellows into professional development opportunities during their time in the U.S. Andrew worked closely with the United States Agency for International Development to manage other international development projects as well and brought his passion for Mandela Washington Fellowship and the Young African Leaders Initiative to Deloitte where he now serves as a Government Relations specialist. He counseled a Fellow during the summer of 2018 and participated in the Reciprocal Exchange program which took him to Namibia to support his Fellow's waste management project. Andrew earned a dual degree MBA/MA from the Johns Hopkins University and holds a BA in Political Science from Villanova University.
