Bertha Sithole has more than 10 years of experience in public relations and business. Currently, Bertha is director of Startup Grind Mbabane, a global partner of Google for Startups. Her work includes hosting conversations on entrepreneurship with youth through events and workshops. She also facilitates training for aspiring entrepreneurs, including a program called, “Begin Your Dreams,” which helps young people realize their dreams by teaching them the steps to starting and financing a business. Bertha holds an associate degree in Public Relations. She is committed to changing one life at a time to make the world a better place and to bring happiness to her community. A 2019 Mandela Washington Fellow, Bertha credits the Fellowship with giving her firsthand experience with social entrepreneurship ventures and with the connections she made with other Fellows and American society.
