Brynn MacDougall

Reciprocal Exchange Participant in Kenya, Malawi, Sudan

Brynn has over four years of experience in program management, with a particular emphasis on youth programming. Currently, Brynn is the executive manager at Women's Campaign International, where she focuses on directing the Girls Advocacy and Leadership Series (GALS) program. She is also a Youth Advisor for International Connector and a track and field coach at Bryn Mawr College. Brynn holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Roanoke College, and a certificate in Ascending Nonprofit Leadership from Bryn Mawr College. In 2018, Brynn traveled to Kenya as part of the Mandela Washington Fellowship Reciprocal Exchange to conduct a pilot GALS program with 2017 Fellow, Caroline Odera and her organization, Women in Sustainable Enterprises – Kenya (WISE-Kenya). In 2019, Brynn traveled back to Kenya to initiate a full three-month GALS program with WISE-Kenya, building off their successful Reciprocal Exchange experience.
