Constance Munyenyembe

2018 Fellow from Malawi

Constance Munyenyembe has over three years of experience in management. Currently, she is Malawi's country coordinator at the Africa Agribusiness Academy (AAA), where she focuses on creating a network and platform for small and medium scale agribusiness firms in Africa. Through the platform, member companies can share their knowledge and experiences, collaborate and form partnerships, and support one another through providing inspiration and guidance for established and up-and-coming agribusinesses inside and outside of the network. Constance holds an honors degree in Business Administration from the University of Namibia. She is driven by her commitment to helping farmers turn their agriculture passion into business ventures because she hopes that up-and-coming agribusinesses will be the driving force behind food security in Africa. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Constance plans to continue her work as AAA Malawi's country coordinator, with a focus in reaching women and youth through coaching and mentoring activities, which allow them to grow their agribusiness start-ups.
