Djonabaye Israel has over five years' experience as an executive coach consultant and trainer in the consulting industry. Djonabaye is the founder and CEO of I-Plus Global Solutions, where he works with several organizations to provide managerial and technical solutions, adding value to their work and promoting positive change through innovation. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and a master's degree in Project and Program Management from the Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, Senegal. Djonabaye is a charismatic servant leader and is known as Impact, a nickname, by his peers. His academic and professional background equipped him with the vision, integrity, resilience, and creativity needed to positively impact and serve his community. He works with several youth organizations and runs The Builders, an incubator. He co-founded The Builders with the aim of promoting entrepreneurship among youth and women, for he strongly believes that they play a key role in the development of a nation. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Djonabaye plans to continue promoting entrepreneurship and ethical leadership, building the next generation of successful entrepreneurs in Chad. In the next five years, his aspires to make his country's entrepreneurial ecosystem more attractive, providing visibility on the world map and to investors, such as those in Silicon Valley.
