Eastina Marian Boimadi Taylor, a journalist and producer, has been working for BBC Media Action in Sierra Leone for more than four years and has been in the media profession for more than a decade. She is founder and coordinator of the Shaping Young Minds Initiative, a youth organization that aims to transform the minds of young people through leadership training, mentoring programs, and other platforms. A 2018 Mandela Washington Fellow, Eastina credits the Fellowship with driving her passion to empower other young people and inspire her generation.
