Ifedayo Durosinmi Etti

Ifedayo Durosinmi-Etti is an author, an entrepreneur, and a global leader with more than 10 years of management and leadership experience. Ifedayo is a managing partner at AGS Tribe, a social enterprise working to democratize opportunities for entrepreneurs and non-profits in Africa. She has previously worked for Arcadia Group, Aspire Acquisitions, and Nigerian Breweries. She is an associate member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria. Recently, Ifedayo launched a $1 million women's empowerment fund to finance women-owned businesses in Nigeria. In 2016, her company was honored by the Tony Elumelu Foundation. She was selected as a Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum and is the project lead for the foundation's start-up Dome. In 2018, Ifedayo was a panelist at Harvard University's African Development Conference. She was named a Peace Scholar by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She is also a One Young World Ambassador. She was recently appointed as a Youth Advisory Group Member for Solutions for Youth Employment, a coalition aimed at supporting employment for 150 million youth by 2030. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Ifedayo will continue working to support the empowerment of women and youth in Nigeria and throughout Africa.
