Olive Michele Dol-Somse has over five years of experience in various fields in the business administration sector, and marketing and sales in particular. Currently, Olive is the owner and manager of a new business, Bekilita, where she focuses on initiating, developing and implementing business strategies to position the business on the local market. She also volunteers at a youth organization, YAD (Youth Agent of Development) where she helps promote entrepreneurship and leadership. Olive holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Temple University in Philadelphia where marketing was her focus. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Olive plans to continue her work to expand her business and promote entrepreneurship among youth in her country.
