Tom Shilongo holds an honors degree in Political Studies and is an entrepreneur who lives by his motto "I rise by uplifting others." He is the founder of Launch, a publication, and a platform that offers digital marketing to businesses in Namibia. Tom is also a board member of Imprint-Organization Namibia, a non-profit publishing organization that is born out of a need and scarcity of published Namibian literary works. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Tom plans to turn Launch from a national to continental publication, telling stories of entrepreneurs across the African continent.
