Victoria Charles Mwanziva is the Secretary of Publicity, Mobilization, and Pioneers for the Youth League of Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM), the ruling party in Tanzania.  In her current role, she coordinates all communications, media, and community engagement for the league.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and public administration from the University of Dar-es-Salaam in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania and a master’s degree in public administration from the Harbin Institute of Technology in Harbin, China.  Victoria is passionate about volunteering for youth development in Tanzania and advancing youth concerns by encouraging youth participation in politics, policy formulation, and policy implementation in communities.
