Vony Randrianonenana has more than 10 years of experience in project management. She has devoted the past five years to volunteering and leading community projects. Currently, she is the president and co-founder of Clair de Lune Madagascar, a non-profit organization dedicated to children's education and women's empowerment. She aims to improve the living conditions of disadvantaged populations in Madagascar and to promote economic and social inclusion, justice, equality, and equity. The organization's members lead community projects in various fields, including sustainability education, civic and environmental education, school sponsorship, capacity-building, and vocational training in agriculture, handicrafts, finance, and other areas. The projects foster personal development and leadership skills to promote women's autonomy. Vony holds a master's degree in Economic and Environmental Policy and is certified in project management. She strongly believes in the power of education and in women's roles in Madagascar's development. On completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Vony hopes to help millions of disadvantaged women in Madagascar enhance their autonomy through income-generating activities and to increase educational access for vulnerable children.
