For the second summer in a row, Wayne State University hosted a Leadership in Public Management Institute as a part of the Mandela Washington Fellowship. It was a transformative experience for the 25 Fellows from 18 countries who were placed there – including Ange Iliza, 2022 Fellowship Alumna from Rwanda.
