2018 Fellowship Alumnus Salissou Mourtala, an assistant manager in the supply chain department of SOMAIR, is elevating his peers through educating them about the benefits of compassionate, servant leadership. In addition to facilitating a YALILearns session discussing the principles of open-source leadership, Salissou sees immense potential in the current challenges posed by COVID-19 to study and apply these leadership principles in participants’ everyday lives.
