Jeannette Umutoniwase has more than seven years of experience in entrepreneurship and leadership. Currently, Jeannette is junior program officer at Educate!, an organization that provides youth in Rwanda with the education and leadership skills they need. There, Jeannette focuses on program design and testing for A-Level entrepreneurship courses. She is founder and managing director of Inzira Dreamz Network, a social enterprise that mentors youth and women, leading to self-reliance and employment through the manufacture of affordable bags, shoes, and clothes. Jeannette is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Management at Mount Kenya University, Rwanda. Jeannette is committed to transforming Africa through entrepreneurship and leadership. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Jeannette plans to work toward her five-year goal of founding a community learning center.
