Joseph has more than six years of experience in sales and marketing. Currently, Joseph is sales team manager at Sigalli in Libreville, Gabon. He focuses on setting sales strategies, sales goals, and targets and on motivating and coaching team members. He is also an entrepreneur; he is the founder and community manager of Creativ'Labs, an exchange platform that promotes young entrepreneurs' companies and advertises their services online. Joseph holds a master's degree in Economics, Law, and Management with a specialization in Tourism and Recreation from the University of Corsica, along with a master's degree in International Trade Management from the National Institute of Management. He is committed to improving sales techniques and increasing youth business ownership. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Joseph will work toward his long-term goal of significantly reducing youth unemployment by promoting youth entrepreneurship, trainings, and insertion in the labor market. He hopes to draw policymakers' attention to youth conditions, flagging youth development as a national priority in Gabon.
