Kuot Mawut has more than eight years of experience in accounting and finance. Currently, Kuot is managing partner at A&K Auditors and Consultants Ltd, where he provides audit and assurance services to nongovernmental organizations and private companies. He is also involved in youth empowerment initiatives and serves as a business coach to young entrepreneurs. Kuot holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting. He is committed to empowering youth to enter business. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Kuot plans to continue supporting youth in the business space and to help reduce unemployment among young people in his community in South Sudan.
