Melânia Semedo works at Cavibel and Ceris, a multinational bottling company in Cabo Verde. She is a member of the company's agile champions team, which focuses on the structural solutions youth can bring to corporate challenges. Melânia holds a bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy and is committed to volunteering. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, she intends to apply the knowledge acquired to create projects with a focus on sustainability and community health.
