Nkem Awachie has more than seven years of experience in the business sector, focusing on e-commerce and digital marketing. Currently, Nkem is the founder of HerClickCity, an online business education platform for female entrepreneurs. She also has full-time work experience as a program manager on Good Governance at South Saharan Social Development Organization in Nigeria, advocating for women's and youth empowerment. Nkem holds a master's in International Commercial and Maritime Law from Swansea University, Wales. She is committed to supporting the realization of a gender-equal world through women's economic empowerment. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Nkem plans to leverage her expertise, network, and learnings to facilitate access to global markets for African women entrepreneurs.
