Apply for an Alumni Legacy Grant! - Mandela Washington Fellowship

The application for the Alumni Legacy Grant is now closed.

The Mandela Washington Fellowship is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2024. To celebrate this milestone, Fellowship Alumni are invited to apply in groups for the Alumni Legacy Grant, a one-time grant to develop a creative product in celebration of the Fellowship’s legacy.

The product created should celebrate the impact the Fellowship experience has had on their lives and how they are passing the lessons they’ve learned on to the next generation of young African leaders. This special, one-time grant must have a Mandela Washington Fellowship Alumni leading the project, with a creative product as the deliverable by June 2024. The content can be in the form of poetry, music, visual art, animation, dance, or another creative form.
