Adebola Yewande Kurunmi

Debola Deji-Kurunmi is a development sector consultant, corporate trainer and author. She has extensive experience, spanning almost a decade, in human capital development, social innovation management, as well as driving multi-sectoral collaborations within Nigeria's non-profit space. She is the Founder of Ideation Hub Africa, an incubator providing Africa's change-makers, NGO leaders and social entrepreneurs with experiential education, enterprise incubation, and growth advisory. She is also the host of Development Dialogue, currently Nigeria's foremost thought-leadership conference for the third sector. Debola holds a bachelor's degree in Science in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, is a CocaCola Foundation Scholar of the Social Sector Management Program at Pan Atlantic University and an Alumnus of the EISC Program at the United Nations University of Peace. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, she plans to launch ISIBINDI - a home-grown, yearly fellowship including best-practice coursework, mentorship, collaborative hubs, peer-based learning and impact funding opportunities for Nigeria's early-stage social innovators.
