Alfred Godwin Adjabeng

2015 Fellow from Ghana

Alfred Godwin Adjabeng has a decade of experience in development policy, research, and practice. Currently, Alfred is founder and executive director of Reach Out to Future Leaders Movement (ROFLM), a youth-led community-based development organization that focuses on food security, education, and environmental sustainability. He serves as senior program manager for ROFLM’s flagship program, the Ghana School Farms Project, which helps local community schools grow their own food while improving learning outcomes for students. Alfred holds master’s degrees in Governance, Development, and Public Policy, and Development Studies. He is committed to helping local communities access nutritious school meals. Alfred credits the Mandela Washington Fellowship, which he received in 2015, with building a network of young leaders and change agents who can collaborate and share ideas for helping vulnerable communities.
