Cat is the co-founder of Social Contract and SummerCollab. Through her work, she aims to empower leaders encouraging them to act urgently to develop the world they want to live in. Social Contract partners with philanthropists, government, and community leaders to challenge the way we approach change in communities, and to move the needle on critical social challenges. SummerCollab is a nationally recognized summer learning system that recently won a Jaffe Award for the organization's impact on low income women and children. Prior to co-founding Social Contract, Cat helped to launch Teach For America's Delaware Region, and as director of community impact, founded and ran two grassroots coalition groups through a collective impact framework, the FirstGen Network and SummerCollab. She is a 2008 graduate of Yale University.
