Colisile Hloniphile Tfwala

Colisile Tfwala has over 13 years of experience in the economic development field.  Colisile is currently the founder and CEO of the Busisiwe Bhembe Foundation, which promotes financial literacy, mentorship, and entrepreneurship among youth and women.  She has written and published a personal financial management workbook, and she is currently working on two nonfiction books as well as a children's entrepreneurial and financial literacy series.  Colisile serves on a number of boards, including the Women and Law in Southern Africa board, where she is vice chairperson; the Waterford Stokvel, where she is chairperson; and the Eswatini Mental Wellness Organization, where she is a member.  She was responsible for reviving the Mandela Washington Fellowship Alumni Association in Eswatini and chaired it for four years.  She also frequently organizes community service projects for the association.  Colisile holds a master's degree in business sciences.  She is committed to alleviating poverty and promoting the economic emancipation of Africans.  Colisile credits the Mandela Washington Fellowship for equipping her with the tools, networks, and unwavering passion to serve the African continent.
