Dennis Nyarko is an award-winning conservationist with three years of experience in the sector. He is currently enrolled in a Global Challenges degree program at the African Leadership University, Rwanda. Dennis' strong penchant for conservation projects led him to inaugurate After Energy Global, an organization that focuses on enhancing the global perception of edible insects and making them a part of the mainstream food supply, an effort that will combat global food insecurity and malnutrition, especially in developing countries. On completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Dennis plans to apply the ideas, feedback, skills, and networks developed during the program to educate the world about the environmental benefits of edible insects.
