Uwayezy Janvier has spent more than two years in the agribusiness and sanitation sectors, specifically focusing in bio-fertilizers and waste management. Currently, Uwayezu is the Financial and Marketing Officer of Rwandabiosolution Ltd., a company he co-founded in 2015. Rwandabiosolution Ltd.'s mission is to bring eco-friendly solutions to the current problems that society is facing by making bio-fertilizers, using biological pest control, and creating clean waste management. Uwayezu holds a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from University of Rwanda and he is alumnus of Tony Elumelu Foundation. He believes that it is possible to bring clean solutions to current issues and still profit, in order to live now, but also leave a clean world for generations to come. At the end of Mandela Washington Fellowship, Uwayezu plans to continue his work in sustainable entrepreneurship, focusing on building new clean solutions to Africa's problems.
