Jean Claude, 27, aspires to be an outstanding infrastructure policy maker. Currently working as a sector and external link specialist at the Rwandan Ministry of Infrastructure, he is tasked with identifying potential partners in the infrastructure sector, as well as reviewing and evaluating data information sources. Jean Claude holds a master's degree in Railway Systems Engineering from the University of Birmingham where he focused on the viability of passenger railways in East Africa. Highly engaged in the community, Jean Claude is the project coordinator for the Kigali Global Shapers, an initiative from the World Economic Forum ' the grouping of young people passionate about making meaningful contributions to their communities.
