Jean Paulin Mutatsineza has over 10 years of experience in non-governmental organization (NGO) management. Currently, Jean Paulin is a country director at the Rwanda Education Assistance Project, focusing on education and community development. Since 2017, he has served as the President of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Accountability for Development (LEAD), Rwanda's Alumni Platform, an officially recognized national NGO. In addition, Jean Paulin serves as a mentor for the Musha Alumni Association, a 22-member association of high school graduates who run entrepreneurial and talent development projects in the Musha Alumni Skills Lab. Jean Paulin is a Master of Business Administration graduate. He is committed to giving underprivileged young people in Rwanda's rural communities access to educational and entrepreneurial opportunities. Jean Paulin credits the Mandela Washington Fellowship with financial support, exposure, network opportunities, leadership skills development, and management training.
