Javnyuy Joybert has more than nine years of experience in enterprise development, corporate training and consulting, and employment skills training. Javnyuy is co-founder and chief executive officer of the COSDEF Group, a Cameroon-based social innovation enterprise with subsidiary operations in financial services, education, technology, and corporate consulting. Javnyuy holds a Master of Business Administration from Rome Business School, where he specialized in Strategy and Human Resource Management. In 2018, Javnyuy studied business and entrepreneurship at Clark Atlanta University as a Mandela Washington Fellow. Javnyuy credits the Fellowship and the Clark Atlanta University faculty with building his business operations and strategy skills.
