Leah Molatseli

2019 Fellow from South Africa

Leah Molatseli has more than 10 years of experience in the legal industry. Currently, Leah is co-founder and chief executive officer of Lenoma Legal, where she focuses on democratizing access to legal services and documents by making them affordable and accessible to small businesses and start-ups in South Africa and Lesotho. Leah served as a council member for the University of the Free State, an advisory board member for Women in Tech SA, and an advisory committee member for the Young African Leaders Initiative for its 10th anniversary celebration. Leah holds a Bachelor of Laws and is pursuing her certificate in Social Entrepreneurship at the Gordon Institute of Business Science at the University of Pretoria. She is a 2022 Master in Legal Technology candidate at IE University in Spain. Leah believes that access to justice is a fundamental human right and strives to ensure such access through technology and innovation. Leah credits the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders with broadening her network, validating her thinking, and inspiring her to look for ways to impart knowledge and skills through servant leadership principles.
