Le'Kedra has over 20 years of experience in youth leadership development. As a social entrepreneur, youth/community outreach and engagement consultant, Le'Kedra has proven herself to be a leader of distinction and character. She is the founder and president of The Milne Inspiration Center (MIC-AMPED), and is committed to increasing opportunities through education, arts, culture and social entrepreneurship, and decreasing unproductive behavior that often leads youth to crime. The Milne Inspiration Center is a safe space for the voice, vision, and development of young leaders to reach their purpose-filled futures. Le'Kedra received her bachelor's degree in Social Work from Southeastern Louisiana University. In 2015, she hosted a Mandela Washington Fellow, Plot Mhako from Zimbabwe, in New Orleans. This experience offered Le’Kedra valuble exposure to Plot’s work and has broadened opportunities for cross-cultural youth leadership development programming focused on global social entrepreneurship.
