Lillian Moremi has over ten years of experience in driving the youth development agenda, specifically focusing on promoting youth employment services in Africa. Currently, Lillian is a youth development practitioner at Career Coaching in Botswana, a social enterprise she started in 2013 to promote skills development. She focuses on training, coaching, mentoring, and the facilitation of youth development programming. She has extensive experience in project implementation and management. Lillian is currently obtaining an executive master's degree in Entrepreneurship at the University of Botswana. Her dream is to see young Africans positively contributing towards the development of the continent and taking the lead in making the world a better place. She strongly believes this can be achieved if individuals are empowered to unleash their potential for the greater good of humanity. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Lillian plans to continue her work in youth empowerment, with a focus on preparing young people for the labor market and access to sustainable jobs.
