Linda Rutendo Muriro is a journalist with more than 10 years of experience in broadcast media. Linda is an editor with Zimbabwe?s largest diversified media house, Zimpapers, where she heads the news and current affairs unit of the group?s Radio Broadcasting Division. She is passionate about the advancements of women, especially in governance and decision making. She also hosts hard-hitting radio programs on governance issues, aimed at promoting inclusive development as well as transparency and accountability by public office bearers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Development Studies and a diploma in journalism, and she is studying for a master?s degree in Strategic Management. On completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Linda plans to pursue a political career so she can participate in the development agenda.
