Nalituba Mudenda is a professional accountant and a graduate of the Copperbelt University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with three years' experience in the communication industry and two years in correctional and community development. He is currently the executive director for Heart Touching Hearts Education Program for women and children in prison and communities. He is also developing a literacy, innovation and entrepreneurial skills center aimed at educating and empowering women and children both in prison and society, to reduce recidivism and to ease integration into society for inmates. He also motivates and challenges girls in secondary schools to leadership and academic excellence. After completing the fellowship program, Nalituba plans to further develop his innovation and entrepreneurial skills center as a way of completing the correctional program with prisoners who are released and to provide support in terms of skills for women and children in society.
