Ndeye Yande Diop has over six years of experience working at the Ministry of Trade as a protocol manager and senior advisor. She specializes in small and medium enterprise growth in the informal sector. As a young leader, Ndeye aims to encourage youth to educate and express their opinions at the local and national levels. As of 2016, Ndeye is a permanent member of the National Youth Council, and she aspires to become the national youth leader of her political party. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Ndeye hopes to one day become a member of Congress, and a voice for Senegalese youth who are seeking better leadership and opportunities.
