Pepin Pana is a volunteer in the network of peace volunteers hoping to set up sustainable peace in his country, the Central African Republic. Since 2014 he has been the chairman of Peace and Justice for Development, an association promoting the values of self-reliance, peace, and justice. He also runs a photocopying business that helps students by providing a Xerox service at low cost. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Pepin plans to set up cybercafés in the provinces in order to train people in computer science as well as leadership and entrepreneurship.
