Pokyes Sati has six years of experience in business development, product branding, and business modeling. He is currently the CEO and managing director of FreeMINDs Bumper Harvest Limited, the major producer of POCI potato chips, potato flour, and frozen chips in Nigeria's Plateau State. Pokyes is focused on value addition to agribusiness and the potato value chain. His contribution to the agribusiness sector was recognized by Plateau state's agricultural development program. His experience in product development and branding has provided small-scale businesses with professional development strategies in product branding and business modeling and scaling. Pokyes holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics/Electronics Technology from the University of Jos and a Master of Science in Information Technology from the National Open University of Nigeria. He received his back office professional certification from the Outsourcing Standards and Certification Institute in New Jersey. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Pokyes envisions expanding his production factory, employing more women, and empowering more youth with skills in agribusiness and business development.
