Qiniso Matsebula has more than 10 years of experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry. He is operations manager at Swazisat Internet Service Provider, focusing on customer support and relationships management. He is also cofounder and director of the Lovefield Chess Academy, which focuses on creating the next generation of leaders by developing their brains from a young age. Qiniso studied ICT at the Vaal University of Technology and is an alumnus of the Intense Village Boardroom Experience. He has represented the Eswatini national chess team at two Olympiads (Baku, Azerbaijan; Batumi, Georgia). Qiniso is passionate about leveling the playing field for the less fortunate and marginalized groups in society so that they can realize their dreams and fulfill their ambitions. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Qiniso plans to establish Eswatini's first indoor fun and adventure park, along with a world-class soft skills academy.
