Rado Nirina Harintsoa Rakotosamimanana

2017 Fellow from Madagascar

Rado Harintsoa Rakotosamimanana has more than 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on youth, citizenship, and peacebuilding. Currently, Rado is human rights specialist at Dis-Moi Madagascar, where he works on human rights issues in the Indian Ocean area. He previously worked as a rights of the child expert at the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie, where he tackled the issue at a regional level. Rado holds a postgraduate degree in Diplomatic Studies. A 2017 Mandela Washington Fellow, he is committed to empowering youth in leadership and governance. Rado credits the Fellowship for the opportunity it gave him to network with other seasoned young African professionals and for the high quality of its training.
