Rebekke has over four years of experience in remote sensing and geospatial technology with an international development focus. Currently, Rebekke is a research associate at the University of Alabama in Huntsville supporting partnerships in the West Africa region as part of the NASA / USAID SERVIR Global program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Biology from Christopher Newport University and is working to complete her master’s in Earth System Science at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. In 2019, Rebekke traveled to Togo to conduct trainings on remote sensing environmental applications with the African Geospatial Intelligence Agency.
