Sheila is a social entrepreneur who is focused on empowering women. She is the founder and CEO of Hawkins Bucklew™ Jewelry Designs, a women's ethos-chic™ jewelry brand. Sheila is currently enrolled in the Executive Program for Social Impact Strategy at the University of Pennsylvania. She feels this program will aide her with her latest venture, Showroom 808, a collaborative showroom for creative women entrepreneurs. Sheila also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. In 2017, she traveled to Lagos, Nigeria with her daughter Chelsea to launch the "Creative Women's Boot Camp," a joint program with Nigerian fashion designer and Mandela Washington Fellow, Hauwa Liman. This life changing experience inspired her vision for Showroom 808 and has sparked her desire to create an entrepreneurial space in Austin, Texas for creative businesswomen.
