Meet Richard Komlan Folly, the Founder of African Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (AGIA) based in Togo
2017 Fellowship Alumnus Richard Komlan Folly of Togo is a data scientist and founder of the African Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (AGIA). AGIA is an aerospace research and development company focused on developing geospatial and space technologies. During Richard’s Fellowship in 2017, he had a Professional Development Experience (PDE) at the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center’s SERVIR and Short-term Prediction Research and Transition (SPoRT) Center in Alabama.
Richard believes that the AGIA will grow in the near future with a capacity to launch a satellite and pioneer the Togolese space sector. In this interview with Space in Africa, Komlan shares his professional experience.
